I．はじめに

　脳腫瘍，ことにglioma糸の腫瘍の組織学的診断は，標本の採取部位による所見の相違，あるいは分類上の見解の相違等によって多少不安定な点があることは否定できない．

　しかし，最近われわれはこれらの問題点をはるかに越え，1つの腫瘍塊に，neuroglial，neuroepithelial，mesodermal，更にepithelial originを思わせるような組織像をもった脳腫瘍例を経験した．幸いZulch教授にもこの例を提示する機会をもったが，結局"unclassified"とすべきであるとの結論に達した．興味ある症例であったのでここに報告する．

A 18-year-old female was admitted to our service with chief complant of headache and diplopia on November 15, 1978. These symptoms started about three months prior to admission and progressively worsened. Neurological examination revealed no abnormalities except for bilateral papilledemas and right abducens palsy. The right BAG showed slight distal shift of the anterior cerebral artery to the left and displacement of the posterior insular point laterally and inferiorly. In the arterial phase of lateral view, the internal parietal arteries and posterior parietal artery are depressed superiorly and anteriorly.
