I．はじめに

　悪性脳腫瘍の化学療法は，近年ニトロソウレア系の新しい抗癌剤の開発および腫瘍細胞の生長解析^3）を取り入れた抗癌剤の投与治療計画^7,17）等により，著しい進歩をとげてきている．

　しかしながら，抗癌剤の投与方法に関しては，脳に特有な血液脳関門が存在することから，投与抗癌剤の腫瘍組織への透過性の程度や各臓器への副作用の問題等があり，いまだ確立されていない現状である．また抗癌剤の脳腫瘍内への取り込みについての実験的研究^12,19,30）は意外と少なく，とりわけautoradiographyによる標識抗癌剤の腫瘍組織内分布を検討した報告^{22,23,25-27）}は極めて少ない．

This study was initiated to determine the uptake and distribution of intraneoplastic local administration of adriamycin in the brain tumor of rats, and also to estimate the effectiveness of the chemotherapeutic drug by same method of administration for the treatment of the patients with malignant brain tumor.

The experimental animals and the method of intraneoplastic 3H-ADM local injection were as follows: The tumor was induced in the brain of rats by intracerebral implantation of 1×104 Yoshida sarcoma cells (8 cases) and by transplacental administration of ethylnitrosourea (10cases) (table 1).
