Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳血管Moyamoya病^3，8-14）の脳動脈瘤台併例^{1，2，5-7）}の報告は稀なものとされているが，我々は現在までに5例を経験し，その3例についてはすでに報告^4）した．今回報告する2例は脳底動脈領域に発生した脳動脈瘤で，既発表の3例とは異なるtypeの動脈瘤であるので，若干の考察を加え報告する．

Two adult cases of cerebrovascular Moyamoya disease, assoicated with basilar aneurysm are reported. At the follow-up study of angiogram performed 14 months later in one case, the aneurysmal shadow was slightly larger than before. In the other case, craniotomy was performed and two aneurysms were confirmed to be the saccular aneurysms arising from the basilar head and superior cerebellar artery junction, respectively. From these facts, it is suggested that these aneurysms were not pseudo-aneurysms but saccular aneurysms. As for the pseudo-aneurysm associated with cerebrovascular Moyamoya disease, we discussed in our previous report.
