I．はじめに

　頭部単純写において頭蓋内石灰化像を見る例は多いが，天幕下に多発性石灰化像を呈する例は，歯状核の石灰化の例以外は稀で，その報告も少ない^4）．われわれは天幕下に3個の石灰化像を認め，その原因を明確に把握できなかった1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A 38-year-old woman with three intracerebellarcalcifications visible in roentgenogram was reported.She had not suffered from any disease that shouldinduce intracranial calcification.

Plain x-ray films of the skull showed three smallcalcifications in the posterior fossa. The laboratorystudy and neurological examination revealed no abnor-mality. Computerized tomography showed no abnor-mal findings either. Histological examination wascarried out. The tissue surrounding the calcifi-fication seemed to be gliosis.
