  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

An adult case of cerebrovascular Moyamoya disease associated with an aneurysm in the left Heubner's artery was reported.

The patient was 29 year-old female. On Feb. 13, 1977, she suddenly complained of headache, nausea and vomi-ting, and her consciousness became drowsy. The lumbar CSF was bloods, and the r-CAG showed cerebrovascular Moyamoya disease. Nine days after the first subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), the second one occurred during 1-CAG. An A-P film showed a globule-formed aneurysm in the Heuhner's artery.
