肺に転移した髄芽腫の1例—症例報告と文献的検討

Pulmonary Metastasis from Cerebellar Medulloblastoma:Report of a Case and Review of the Cases in the Literature

Ⅰ．はじめに

　medulloblastomaの頭蓋外への遠隔転移は稀であり，Chartty^7）は201例中の4例（1.99％）に，著者らの日本剖検輯報での集計でも100例中の6例（6％）に認められたにすぎず，また転移巣の大部分は骨とリンパ節であって，肺転移の報告は少ない．著者らはmedulloblastomaで肺への転移を認めた1例を経験し，更にこの腫瘍の頭蓋外遠隔転移に関して文献的検討を加えたので報告する．

A case of medulloblastoma with pulmonary metastasis was reported. The patient was a 9-year-old female who was diagnosed as cerebellar medulloblastoma and treated by total removal of the tumor with adjuvant radiotherapy. The recurrence occurred and she expired 4 months after surgery. The entire clinical course was 2 1/2 years. Autopsy revealed a secondary focus of medulloblastoma in the upper lobe of right lung. No residural tumor was found in the brain. In the literature, 54 cases of extracranial metastasis of medulloblastoma was reported. Only eight of which lead metastatic deposits in the lung.
