前交通動脈瘤を併う内頸動脈欠損症の1治験例

Agenesis of Internal Carotid Artery associated with Aneurysm of Anterior Communicating Artery

Ⅰ．はじめに

　内頸動脈の欠損あるいは形成不全の報告は比較的稀なものであり，これに脳動脈瘤が合併したものは文献的にも約12例^1-3）の報告を数えるのみである．最近我々は脳血管写にて前交通動脈瘤の他に左内頸動脈の欠損等Willis動脈輪の奇形を認め，手術により確認し，動脈瘤を治癒せしめるとともに臨床症状の著明なる改善をみた症例を経験したので報告する．

A case of agenesis of the left internal carotid artery with an aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery was reported in detail.

The patient was a 48-year-old man who had an episode of subarachnoid hemorrhage about 10 years ago.

This time left heminumbness and motor weakness of the left lower extremity occured and he was brought our hospital.
