  • Look Inside

A remarkable increase in successful operation of intracranial aneurysm is seen in recent years and it has been reported that operative mortality rate has decreased to under 5-10%. In spite of the above statement however, in severe cases preoperatively, it appears that the mortality is still high and it may not be said that operative results are good. Thus there is much argument about the timing of operation and operative indications in serious cases.
