I．はじめに

　内頸動脈欠損症の報告は比較的稀で，これに脳動脈瘤が合併したのは文献上17例の報告^{1,2,4-6,8,10-12,15-18,20,21）}をみるのみである．最近われわれはくも膜下出血にて発症し，多発性脳動脈瘤を合併した一側内頸動脈欠損症で，同側の総頸動脈および外頸動脈本幹をも欠損した症例を経験した．このような例は，われわれの渉猟したかぎり1例も報告されておらず，興味ある症例として文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A case of agenesis of the left internal carotid artery, common carotid artery and main trunk of external carotid artery with multiple cerebral aneurysms is presented. No similar case has been reported before.

A 70-year-old man who had severe headache was admitted to the neurological department of Matsuyama Shimin Hospital. On admission he demonstrated nuchal rigidity and motor aphasia. CT scan revealed subarachnoid hemorrhage with intracerebral hematoma in the left temporal area.
