I．免疫抑制療法に内在する諸問題

　免疫性神経疾患に対する免疫抑制的治療法の効果を評価するにあたっては，その内在する固有の難点にあらかじめ充分に留意しなければならない^1）。つぎにその主要な問題点を枚挙してみる。

　

Abstract

The author discussed intrinsic pitfalls in the immunological treatment of the neuroimmuno-logical disorders and their clinical evaluation, with particular emphasis on the antibody-mediated neuro-immunological diseases.

In patients with myasthenia gravis the titer of the anti-acetylcholine receptor antibodies proved an excellent index of the effect of treatments such as thymectomy, steroid therapy and plasmapheresis, although the age and sex difference of the anti-body titer and the heterogeneity of the antibodies may provide pitfall for evaluation of the therapy.
