中枢神経疾患患者髄液細胞の3H-thymidine Autoradiographyによる検索

Examination of CSF cells by 3H-thymidine autoradiography in patients with central nervous system disease

I．緒　言

　髄液細胞像は中枢神経病変を反映することはよく知られているが，その動態についてはなお未知のことが多い。著者および共同研究者は，中枢神経疾患患者から採取した直後の髄液細胞の分析に³H-thymidine autoradiography（ARG）を導入し，ラベルされる細胞の種類，割合を検討してきた^12,19,28）。

　まずFukuiら（1975）^12）は，びまん性くも膜下播種を生じた細網肉腫症例で，この方法により髄液細胞の著しく高いlabeling index（LI）が得られたことを報告し，この方法がくも膜下播種を生じた腫瘍の診断およびその進行程度の判断に役立ち得ることを指摘した。ついでYamakawaら（1976）^28）は，同様の方法で非腫瘍性疾患患者の髄液にも，ほぼ全症例で，数は少ないがラベルされる細胞があることを報告した。

　CSF cells in 51 cases of non-neoplastic disease of the CNS and 108 cases of brain tumor were examined by ³H-thymidine autoradiography. Immediately after lumbar or ventricular puncture, the CSF withdrawn was incubated at 37℃ for 1 hour with an admixture of ³H-thymidine at a rate of 1~2 μCi/ml CSF. The cells were collected by sedimentation in most cases and by centrifugation in some cases. Microautoradiographic procedure was performed on the cells and labeling of the cells was examined.
