 Abstract

 The 3rd generation scanner of the Artronix CAT-N has been installed in the National Medical Center Hospital. This scanner has the routine program to reconstruct the coronal and sagittal images of the transverse pictures.

 The thickness of the transverse picture is 3mm. And the number of slices are 35, and those are covered from the base of the scull to the vertex.

 The evaluation of the reconstructed coronal and sagittal images is studied.

 The clinical results are as followed.

 1) The localization and spread of the lesions of tumor, infarction and hemorrhage arc clearly visualized.
