English Abstract

Based on 335 cases of head trauma experienced in our institute past 2 years (from August 1975 to July 1977), various aspects of head injury were analysed with computed tomography (CT). These cases were composed of 226 cases of minor head trauma, 58 cases of cerebral contusion and 51 cases of intracranial hematoma. The follow-up study of these 335 cases revealed normal CT scan in 140 cases (42%), whereas 195 cases (58%) showed low density abnormality.
