失行および失認の病巣—日本における剖検例を中心に

Review of autopsy cases with apraxia and agnosia reported in Japan

　日本における失行および失認の剖検例のレビューというのが私に与えられた課題であるが，その目的はわが国の剖検例をふり返ることによって，失行および失認の責任病巣に関する理解を深めることにあると思われる。しかし，ひと口に失行および失認といっても，これらの語で表わされる病態は多種多様であり，限られた頁数内で書きつくすことは困難である。したがって，この総説では本邦剖検例の紹介を最大の目標とせざるをえなかった。なお，病巣部位が明らかにされている手術例や外傷例も，できるだけ剖検例に準じて扱った。

Since reports of autopsy cases with apraxic and agnosic syndromes are not numerous in Japan and their preciseness and completeness in both clinical and pathological aspects vary widely, the author should also take notice of the cases of which lesions have been verified on operation.

A. Apraxias In his monograph, Ohashi⁶⁷⁾reported 4 cases with limbkinetic apraxia, demonstrating in figures the lesions verified on operation (Fig. 3).
