早期に排尿状態の改善がみられたヒンマン症候群

A Case Report of Hinman Syndrome

　症例は7歳，女児。下腹部膨満にて受診，導尿にて700mlの尿が得られた。繰り返す尿閉のため入院となったが，明らかな神経学的疾患，器質的排尿障害はみられず，ヒンマン症候群と診断された。精神科医との連携と間欠導尿法による排尿管理により，以後，排尿状態は改善し外来通院可能となった。本疾患は精神科との連携や医療従事者の理解が重要な疾患の1つであると考えられる。

A 7-year-old girl presented frequent urinary retention. Urodynamic study and radiographic examination demon-strated no evidence of neurogenic bladder. She was diag-nosed as Hinman syndrome and clean intermittent cath-eterization was directed as her urinary management. After the treatment of counseling and psychological therapy by psychologist, her dysfunctional voiding improved. Hinman syndrome is one of the diseases that need our further comprehension and the cooperation with psychologists during treatment.
