肘と後腹膜に多発した良性神経鞘腫

A Case of Multiple Benign Neurinomas Occurred in the Elbow and Retroperitoneum

　患者は32歳の男性で，左肘腫瘤と左腰痛を主訴に入院した。DIP，腹部超音波，CT，MRIにて左水腎症とともに後腹膜，両側腸腰筋内，骨盤内に計4つの腫瘤を認めた。左肘と後腹膜，骨盤内の腫瘤を摘出した結果，いずれも良性神経鞘腫と診断された。神経鞘腫が四肢と後腹膜に多発した非常に稀な症例と考えられた。

A 32-year-old man was admitted because of a left elbowtumor and left lumbago. Left hydronephrosis and fourtuors in the retropehtoneum, bilateral iliopsoas and pelviswere found with DIP and abdominal ultrasonography, CTand MRI. Left elbow, retroperitoneal and pelvic tumorswere resected and benign neurinomas were diagnosed. histologically This is an extremely rare case of multipleneur inomas occurred in the extremity and retroperitoneum.
