泌尿器科単科病院における術前貯血式自己血輸血

Autologous Blood Transfusion for Urologic Surgery in Nagoya Urology Hospital

　泌尿器科手術53例に術前貯血式自己血輸血を行い、採血前，手術前後に赤血球数（RBC），血色素量（Hb），ヘマトクリット値（Ht）を測定し，その推移を検討した。採血前RBCは434×104／Mm3,Hbは13.4g／dl,Htは39.6％であった。手術当日，RBCは395×104／mm3,Hbは12.39／dl,Htは36.9％と低下したが手術に影響は認めなかった。本方法は特別な設備は必要なく，安全で有効な方法であった。

We studied the usefulness of predeposit autologous blood donation and intraoperative autotransfusion in urologic surgery in Nagoya Urology Hospital. A total of 53 patients who ranged 44 to 80 years old were investigated.Out of 53patients, 33 underwent radical prostatectomy,8 sub-capsular prostatectomy, 7 total cystectomy,4 nephroure-terectomy and 1 patient underwent radical nephrectomy.The mean hemoglobin concentration was 13.4g/dl before the donation and 12.3g/dl before the operation.
