フルニエ壊疽の2例

FOURNIER'S GANGRENE : 2 CASE REPORTS

　フルニエ壊疽の2例について報告した。症例1は67歳男性で，基礎疾患として糖尿病をもち，局所の切開，排膿，壊死組織の切除，膀胱瘻および人工肛門造設とともに，抗生剤の投与，インスリンによる糖尿病のコントロールにて救命し得た。肉芽の形成は良好で植皮術を行うことなく創は閉鎖した。症例2は35歳男性で，外陰部の外傷により生じたと考えられ，症例1と同様の処置により救命し得た。肉芽の形成は良好であったが早期退院のため二次的に植皮術を施行し，良好な経過をとった。

Two cases of Fournier's gangrene (67-year-old male with a history of diabetes mellitus and 35-year-old male with a history of injury of hip) were reported. Surgical debridment and antibiotic chemotherapy were successfully performed. In one case scrotal plasty with a free graft was performed.
