妊娠に合併した腎盂外溢流

Spontaneous Peripelvic Extravasation Related to the Pregnancy:A Case Report

　妊娠が原因と思われる腎盂外溢流の1例を報告する。症例は38歳の女性で，妊娠34週時に腰腹部の激痛で入院した。静脈性腎盂尿管造影で腎盂周囲に造影剤の溢流を認めたが，尿管結石は認めなかった。尿管ステントの留置により疼痛は軽快した。帝王切開を施行し，母子ともに経過は良好であった。出産後に尿管ステントを抜去し，腎盂外溢流は消失した。

A 38-year-old woman was hospitalized at 34 weeks of gestation because of acute left flank pain. An excretory urogram (IVP) revealed bilateral hydronephrosis with peripelvic extravasation of contrast material around the left kidney. The left flank pain resolved promptly after a left indwelling double-J stent was placed cystoscopically. The patient was eager for a healthy newborn because she had no child, and had a history of miscarriage during her last pregnancy. Moreover, a prevention surgery had been performed at 17 weeks of present gestation.
