軟性膀胱鏡を用いた尿管ステント留置術の成績

Placement of J-J Ureteric Stents Using the Flexible Cystoscope

　尿管ステント留置が必要な33例の41尿管に対して軟性膀胱鏡を使用して尿管ステント留置を試み，うち38尿管で尿管ステント留置に成功した。また，そのうちの4例では複数回の尿管ステント交換が必要で，延べ35尿管に対する尿管ステント交換を軟性膀胱鏡で行い34尿管で成功した。軟性膀胱鏡を使用する尿管ステント留置・交換は，患者を砕石位とする必要がなく通常のX線透視装置を使用して行うことができ，また男性例では疼痛も少ない。高度尿管狭窄を有する女性例では，尿管ステント挿入用金属ガイドチューブを用いると尿管ステント留置が容易である。

We have used the flexible cystoscope to place J-J uretericstents in 29 patients with ureteral strictures and 4 patientswho needed ureteric stents prior to ESWL. We also appliedthe technique in exchanging of previously inserted J-Jureteric stent for new one in 4 patients with ureteralstrictures caused by malignat disease. J-J ureteric stentswere successfully inserted using the flexible cystoscopein 30 patients (total 38 ureters) who needed ureteric stentsplacement.
