骨盤子宮内膜症による腎後性腎不全

A Case of Postrenal Renal Failure Due to Bilateral Ureteral Obstruction Caused by Pelvic Endometriosis

　33歳，女性。1995年1月23日に腹痛，不正性器出血を主訴に婦人科を受診し，子宮内膜症を疑われた。血液検査，腎エコーにて両側水腎症および腎不全を指摘され，泌尿器科へ転科した。逆行性腎盂造影にて両側尿管下部に狭窄を認めた。両側尿管ステント留置により水腎症および腎機能は改善した。骨盤内癒着組織の生検にて子宮内膜症と診断された。現在，LH-RHアナログ療法中である。

A 33-year-old female was hospitalized with the complaints of lower abdominal pain and irregular genital bleeding on January 23, 1995. She was referred to our clinic for the renal failure. Ultrasound examination of kidneys revealed bilateral severe hydronephrosis and retrograde pyelography showed the stricture of ureters. The renal function was fairly recovered by the indwelling double-J ureteral stents.
