色素嫌性腎癌の3例

Chromophobe Cell Renal Carcinoma:Clinical Features of 3 Cases

　色素嫌性腎癌（chromophobe cell renal carcinoma）の3例を報告した。3例ともスロータイプの腎癌で，転移などは認めなかった。CTでは均一な内部構造で壁の不整なども目立たない症例が多く，嚢胞などと鑑別が難しいこともあるが，CT値は通常の腎細胞癌と同様の値をとり，悪性腫瘍と診断をつける参考となった。腎動脈撮影では腫瘍血管の軽度の増生を認めるが，比較的乏血管性な所見を呈した。

Three cases of chromophobe cell renal carcinoma were described. All cases were"slow-type" renal cell carcinoma: with no metastasis. These tumors had relatively plain inner constractions and did not have irregular walls on CT. Theylooked like renal cycts but were distinct from cycts by CT value. They were relatively hypovascular tumors and onlyhad few irregular tumor vessels on angiography.
