Cowden's disease is characterised by multiple hamar-toma of all three embryonic germ layers which are ectodermal, mesodermal and endodermal layer. A 40-year-old man suffering from abdominal distention was seen at Toranomon hospital. His past medical history included gastrointestial polyposis and multiple heman-gioma. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) findings showed right renal angiomyolipoma and intrapelvic arteriovenous malformation. He had characteristic facial papulus and gingival papillomatosis.
