　外胚葉，中胚葉，内胚葉の3胚葉性多発性過誤腫を特徴とする疾患であるCowden病を経験した。症例は40歳の男性で，既往歴に消化管ポリポーシス，多発性血管腫がある。腹部膨満感を主訴に当院を受診し，腹部CT検査にて右腎腫瘤，骨盤内動静脈奇形を指摘された。特徴的な顔面丘疹，歯肉乳頭腫がみられたため，皮膚科受診にて精査の結果Cowden病と診断された。右腎腫瘤は血管筋脂肪腫と診断し，外来経過観察とした。当疾患の本邦報告例を集計したところ，腎血管筋脂肪腫合併例は2例目であった。

Cowden's disease is characterised by multiple hamar-toma of all three embryonic germ layers which are ectodermal, mesodermal and endodermal layer. A 40-year-old man suffering from abdominal distention was seen at Toranomon hospital. His past medical history included gastrointestial polyposis and multiple heman-gioma. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) findings showed right renal angiomyolipoma and intrapelvic arteriovenous malformation. He had characteristic facial papulus and gingival papillomatosis.
