妊娠を契機に発症した両側卵巣静脈症候群と思われた1例

BILATERAL OVARIAN VEIN SYNDROME RELATED TO THE PREGNANCY: A CASE REPORT

　症例は29歳，女性。下腹部痛，肉眼的血尿を主訴に産婦人科より当科へ紹介となった。DIP時に激しい右側腹部痛を示し，右腎盂からのリンパ外溢流，左尿管の虫食い状変化を認めた。右逆行性腎盂造影，左尿管鏡にて腫瘍性病変を否定した。CTにて両側卵巣静脈の拡張を認めたため，卵巣静脈症候群を疑い下大静脈造影を予定していたが，妊娠5週と判明し，子宮内容除去術を施行した。以後，尿路通過障害は消失した。

A 29-year-old female visited the department of gynecol-ogy with complaints of lower abdominal pain and gross hematuria, and was admitted to our urology. She devel-oped acute right lateral abdominal pain during DIP, which showed right pyelolymphatic backflow and worm-eaten change of the left ureter. CT showed slight dilatation of the bilateral ovarian vein. We performed the phlebogra-phy, when she proved to be in the fifth week of preg-nancy, so D and C was performed. After D and C, we performed dynamic CT and IVP, which showed the dis-appearance of the ureteral obstruction.
