　子宮脱を伴う膀胱瘤の根治術式として，前後腟壁形成，子宮全摘ならびに尿道つり上げ手術を施行した。対象は排尿困難，尿失禁を訴える閉経後の患者6例（62〜78歳，平均70.5歳）である。主訴は排尿困難5例，尿失禁4例であった。手術時間は105〜150分，平均124分，出血量は98〜400ml，平均166mlであった。軽度の老人性痴呆と神経因性膀胱を合併していた1例を除く5例は完治し，術後6か月から3年間，排尿困難，尿失禁，性器脱の再発を認めていない。

　病態生理から考慮すると老年者の膀胱瘤を伴う子宮脱の根治術には，経腟的子宮全摘，前後腟壁形成と尿道つり上げ術を併用するのが望ましいと考えられた。

We studied the usefulness of the combination of anteropostero colpoplasty, vaginal hysterectomy and urethral suspension as a radical operations for patients with cystcele and prolapsus uteri. Six post-menopousal women with complaint of difficult urination and urinary incontinence were studied. Patient age ranged from 62 to 78 years, with a mean of 70.5 years. Operation time ranged from 105 to 150 minutes, with a mean of 124 minutes. Blood loss ranged from 98ml to 400ml, with a mean of 166ml.
