嚢胞形成を伴う孤立性後腹膜神経線維腫の1例

Solitary Retroperitoneal Neurofibroma with a Cystic Lesion:A Case Report

　症例は53歳，女性。人間ドックにて骨盤腔内の腫瘤を指摘され，精査のために入院した。単房性の大きな嚢胞を中心に持つ6×7×9cmの腫瘍で，腫瘍核出術を施行した。摘除標本の病理学的検査により神経線維腫と診断された。後腹膜に発生した神経原性の良性腫瘍に対し，腫瘍核出術を選択することにより，術後に起きうる知覚障害や運動障害を回避できる可能性がある。

A 53-year-old woman was admitted to our department for further examination of a right, lower abdominal mass.Ultrasonography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a round and smoothly surfaced tumor measuring 6×7×9cm in diameter with a solitary cyst measuring 5 cm in diameter, which was located in the retroperitoneal space in front of vertebrae lumbales and sacrales. Enucleation of the tumor was performed and the pathological diagnosis was a typical neurofibroma. The postoperative course was uneventful.
