尿管癌，S状結腸癌と小腸平滑筋腫の骨盤腔内同時発生例

SIMULTANEOUS OCCURRENCE OF THREE DIFFERENT TUMORS (URETERAL CANCER,SIGMOID COLON CANCER AND LEIOMYOMA OF THE SMALL INTESTINE) IN THE PELVIS

　右尿管癌，S状結腸癌と小腸平滑筋腫の骨盤内同時発生例を経験した。症例は67歳，男性で，右尿管癌に対し腎尿管全摘除術が行われた。術後3ヵ月のCTで膀胱後方の腫瘤陰影に気づき，大腸内視鏡検査にてS状結腸癌を認めた。S状結腸切除術中に回腸腫瘍が発見された。本邦文献上，尿管移行上皮癌を含む多重癌28例を集計し，大腸癌の合併が多いことを示した。また，膀胱後方腫瘤として，小腸腫瘍も念頭におく必要性を述べた。

A 67-year-old male underwent right nephroureterectomy for transitional cell carcinoma of right distal ureter on December 10, 1985. Three months later, CT scan revealed a mass lesion posterior to the urinary bladder. Colonoscopy with biopsy revealed a carcinoma of the sigmoid colon. Resection of sigmoid cancer with end to end bowel anastomosis was performed on September 2, 1986. During the surgery, a large tumor of the ileum was found, and the tumor was resected.
