　52歳，男性。咳および痰を主訴として来院した。胸部単純撮影にて異常陰影を認め，また右腎に腫瘍陰影を認めたため，右腎腫瘍，肺転移として当科紹介，入院となった。諸検査の結果，右腎腫瘍を否定できず右腎摘除術を施行した。病理組織学的検査にて腎放線菌症と判明，抗生剤による化学療法を施行した。現在まで経過順調である。本症例は本邦第4例目である。

A 52-year-old man visited our clinic with the complaint of a cough and sputum. Chest X-ray revealed abnormal shadows in the both lower lobes. Ultrasound examination and CT scan showed a solid mass in the right kidney. The patient was preoperatively diagnosed as having either chronic suppurative lesions in the lung and right kidney or right renal tumor with lung metastasis, and underwent right nephrectomy. The pathological diagnosis was right renal actinomycosis.
