Two cases of invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the bladder were treated with M-VAC therapy, andcomplete remission was observed in both cases. Although M-VAC therapy had been extremely effectiveagainst transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary tract, many authers had reported their failure in treatmentof the squamous cell carcinoma of the urinary tract. Our result indicates that M-VAC therapy may be achoice of treatment against the advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the urinary tract.
