ダウン症候群に合併した精巣腫瘍の2例

TWO CASES OF TESTICULAR CANCER ASSOCIATED WITH DOWN'S SYNDROME

　43歳と30歳のダウン症候群の男性。左鼠径部および右陰嚢内容の腫瘤を主訴に来院。

　いずれも血清アルファフェト蛋白，β—ヒト絨毛性ゴナドトロピン，乳酸脱水素酵素は正常であったが，精巣腫瘍と診断し，高位除睾術を施行した。

　組織所見は退形成性および定型的精上皮腫であった。

　2例共，後腹膜腔に放射線照射を行い，術後5か月および3年5か月を経たが健在である。

　ダウン症候群に発生した精巣腫瘍としては，本邦第7例目および第8例目に当たるものと思われる。

We had experienced two cases of testicular cancer in a 43 and a 30 years old male with Down's syndrome. In both cases, orchiectomy with high ligation of inguinal vessels and postoperative irradiation were done. Both of them are free of cancer clinically for 5 months and 3.5 years after the operation.

In English and Japanese literatures, 19 cases (20 testes) of testicular cancer associated with Down's syndrome were reported.
