前立腺癌に合併した前立腺嚢腫

54歳，男性。肉眼的血尿，尿線細小を主訴に当科初診。超音波検査にて辺縁不整な前立腺嚢腫を認め，嚢腫穿刺吸引および針生検を施行。生検の結果前立腺癌を認めたため，恥骨後式前立腺全摘術を施行した。病理組織診断は中分化型腺癌であった。
A 54-year-old man visited our out-patient clinic with chief complaint of macroscopic hematuria and narrowed urinary stream. Ultrasonography examination showed a prostatic cyst with irregular margin. Needle aspiration of the cyst and biopsy of the prostate was performed. The result of biopsy was prostatic carcinoma, so we performed retropubic radical prostatectomy. Histopathological diagnosis was moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma.
