乳腺，皮膚転移をみた前立腺癌

A CASE OF ADVANCED PROSTATIC CANCER WITH METASTASIS TO SKIN AND MAMMARY GLAND

　今回我々は，進行性前立腺癌の皮膚および乳腺への同時転移例を経験した．本邦において皮膚および乳腺転移はそれぞれ過去に7例と4例の報告がみられる．乳腺転移は予後不良の指標であるため，原発性乳癌と前立腺癌乳腺転移との鑑別上，乳腺生検とA-B—C法の必要性を強調したい．

Metastasis of prostatic cancer to skin or mammary gland is rarely recognized clinically, only 7 reports to skin and 5 reports to mammary gland were reported in Japan. We experienced a 67-year-old patient who had metastasis to both sites. This is probably the first case in Japan. Metastasis to skin, which usualy occur about inguinal region, is generally believed to be lymphogenous and is not necessarily poor in prognosis. On the other hand, metastasis to mammary gland has a poor prognosis with average 4 months survival. We made some discussion on the relationship of hormone-therapy and mammary gland metastasis.
