遠位尿管閉鎖症

A CASE OF DISTAL URETERAL ATRESIA

　82歳男。頻尿精査中にたまたまIVPで右腎異常がみつかつた。CTで右腎上方より骨盤腔へ連なる多房性で嚢胞状の腫瘤を認めた。腫瘤の穿刺造影により右重複腎盂尿管の遠位尿管閉鎖症と診断した。自験例を含めた本邦例の検討を行つた。

The patient was a 82 year old male. During the examination of pollakisuria, he was pointed out abnormal findings of excretory urography. Urinalysis was normal. IVP showed left duplex system and malrotation of right kidney. CT scan revealed right retroperitoneal large cystic mass. Cystoscopy showed one ureteral orifice on the right. The retroperitoneal mass was regarded as hydroureter belonged to the upper unit of right kidney.
