増殖性膀胱炎の1例

A CASE REPORT OF PROLIFERATIVE CYSTITIS

　35歳，男性．頻尿，排尿困難，残尿感を主訴に来院する．膀胱鏡で膀胱頸部から三角部に多発性嚢胞状小腫瘤を認めた．膀胱腫瘍との鑑別と排尿状態の改善をはかるためTURを施行．病理組織学的には増殖性膀胱炎であった．前癌状態か否かが問題になっている増殖性膀胱炎であるが，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A 35-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with complaints of pollakisuria, dysuria and a sense of residual urine. On cystoscopy multiple small cystic tumorous lesions were detected at trigone and internal urethral orifice. To obtain histological diagnosis and better mictional condition, TUR was performed. Histological diagnosis was proliferative cystitis. There are controversies whether proliferative cystitis is premalignant or not. Proliferative cystitis was briefly discussed.
