38歳，男性．無症候性肉眼的血尿を主訴に来院．X-CTで左腎に均一な腫瘤を腎動脈造影で腫瘍濃染像を認めたため，腎腫瘍と診断し左腎摘出術を施行した．病理組織学的に腎発生腫瘍としては極めて稀な血管周囲細胞腫であった．術後2年8ヵ月間転移，再発を認めず健康である．
A 38-year-old man who cmplained of grosshematuria had a left renal mass with hypervascular pattern by X-ray examinations. Transabdominal nephrectomy and legional lymphnode dissection was performed and histological diagnosis was hemangiopericytoma originating from the pericyte of the vessels in the kidney. Renal hemangiopericytoma is extremely rare and only seven cases have been reported in the Japanese literature. He has been followed up for 2 years and 8 months with no evidence of malignancy.
