　60歳，男性，膀胱癌に対して膀胱全摘術と尿管S状結腸吻合術を施行9カ月後に，大腸菌による敗血症で入院した．その治療中に右腎にカンジダによる腎盂腎炎が発症し，保存的治療では改善せず右腎尿管摘除術を施行した．その1カ月後に左腎にカンジダによる腎盂腎炎が発生し経皮的左腎瘻術を施行し改善した．両腎とも水腎症を呈し，その原因として尿管S状結腸吻合部のポリープが疑われた．

A 60-year-old man who underwent ureterosigmoidostomy following radical cystectomy for bladder carcinoma was hospitalized under clinical diagnosis of urosepsis due to Eschericia coli. His right kidney showed hydronephrosis with dysfunction, and he underwent right percutaneous nephrostomy. Although E. coli disappeared, candida infection developed as opportunistic infection in right kidney, and right nephrectomy was performed. One month after right nephrectomy, he progressed left fungal pyelonephritis with hydrone-phrosis and left percutaneous nephrostomy was performed effectively.
