薬理的血管造影で診断できた小さい腎癌

A CASE OF SMALL RENAL TUMOR DIAGNOSED BY PHARMACOANGIOGRAPHY

　画像診断の発達で腎の小腫瘍発見頻度は増加している．動脈造影は中心的診断法だが，従来の方法で描出できない腫瘍もある．私たちは薬理的動脈造影を用いて診断し得た小腎癌の1例を経験し，腎部分切除を行った．

Renal angiography is useful in the diagnosis of renal tumors. Smaller tumors, however, may fail to be detected by the conventinoal angiography. We experienced such a small tumor which was only recognized after dynamic pharmacological angiography. And we did partial nephrectomy. We described the new technique and the possibility of partial nephrectomy for small renal cell carcinoma.
