精索脂肪腫—文献的考察を中心に

LIPOMA OF THE SPERMATIC CORD : WITH A REVIEW OF THE JAPANESE LITERATURES

緒言

　精索腫瘍は極めて稀なものではあるが，陰嚢内腫瘍としては睾丸につぎ副睾丸，睾丸被膜発生の腫瘍よりはその頻度は高く，また悪性腫瘍ことに肉腫の多いことおよび日常臨床において本腫瘍と鑑別すべき多くの疾患のあることなどから重要な疾病の1つと考えられる。最近，非特異性副睾丸炎および症候性陰嚢水瘤に合併した精索脂肪腫の1例を経験したので，精索腫瘍なかんずく脂肪腫につき若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 56 year old male with the chief complaint of indolent swelling of right scrotal content which was noticed 1 year ago, suddenly increased in size within the last 1 month. Past history showed 3 surgery for lipoma of the face, neck and buttocks, 10 years ago but no infection, trauma nor surgery of the scrotum was noticed. Drinks moderate amount of alcoholic beverage occationally but has no tendency of taking fatty diet. Present condition shows normal build and nutrition with fair subcutaneous fat.
