尿閉を主訴とした膀胱平滑筋腫

A CASE OF LIOMYOMA OF THE BLADDER WITH THE CHIEF COMPLAINT OF URINARY RETENTION

　26歳，未婚女性。尿閉を主訴に来院した。膀胱鏡および膀胱部CTにて，膀胱粘膜下良性腫瘍の診断のもと，TURを施行した。切除標本の組織学的検査にて膀胱平滑筋腫と診断された。

The patient is a 26-year-old unmarried woman.She visited our department in November 1987 to receive examination for urinary retention.A benign submucosal tumor was diagnosed by cystoscopy and vesical CT scanning,and TUR was performed on November 25.Leiomyoma was diagnosed histologically.The patient is now under ambulatory observation,and no relapse has been observed.
