前立腺肥大症における逆行性尿道造影と経直腸超音波像の比較

POSTERIOR URETHRAL FINDINGS ON BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA BY MEANS OF RETROGRADE URETHROGRAPHY AND TRANSRECTAL LONGITUDINAL ULTRASONOTOMOGRAPHY

　前立腺肥大症38例に対し逆行性尿道造影と経直腸的超音波断層法を施行し，前立腺の膀胱内突出，後部尿道の延長および湾曲の3因子について検討した．逆行性尿道造影と経直腸的超音波縦断層法との相関性は，前立腺の膀胱内突出では軽度の，後部尿道の延長では有意の相関を認めたが，後部尿道の湾曲では相関を認めなかった。3因子と前立腺重量との関係は，前立腺の膀胱内突出では経直腸的超音波縦断層法で軽度の相関を認め，後部尿道の延長では逆行性尿道造影で有意の，経直腸的超音波縦断層法で軽度の相関を認め，後部尿道の湾曲では両撮影法とも相関を認めなかった．以上より3因子のなかでは後部尿道の廷長が両撮影法で一致し，前立腺切除重量とも相関すると考えられた．

Protrusion of prostate into the bladder, elongation and tilting of posterior urethra were measured in 38 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia by means of retrograde urethrography and transrectal longitudinal ultrasonotomography. Between the two examinations positive correlations were seen in elongation of posterior urethra. The relation of the resected weight of prostate to these three measurements were examined. Elongation of posterior urethra by retrograde urethrography correlated closely with the resected weight of prostate.
