バージャー病に合併した陰茎壊死

A CASE OF PENILE NECROSIS COMPLICATED BY BUERGER'S DISEASE

　43歳。バージャー（Buerger）病発症後5年目頃より排尿時痛と陰茎部変形とを訴え当科受診した。当科入院後，経皮的血管拡張術や抗凝固剤投与などを行い，症状は現在軽快している。

　陰茎壊死は稀であり，バージャー病に合併したのは自験例が1例目である。

A 43-year-old patient visited our department for miction pain and deformity of the penis which occurred 5 years after he had been diagnosed as having Buerger's disease. The condition is getting better by percutaneous transluminal angioplasty, and anticoagulant administration. Penile necrosis is an uncommon finding and this is the first case which has been complicated by Buerger's disease in Japan.
