尋常性疣贅様膀胱病変を呈した1例

A CASE REPORT OF HISTOLOGICALLY DIAGNOSED VERRUCA VULGARIS OF THE URINARY BLADDER

　71歳女性。扁平上皮の壊死変性物の尿道嵌頓による尿閉にて受診。膀胱内は，肉眼的に白色を呈し，もろく角状に隆起する腫瘍性病変と，隣接して表面がウサギの毛様に，針状，乳頭状に突出する隆起性病変を認めた。病理組織学的に膀胱粘膜は著しい扁平上皮化生を示し，隆起性病変は過角化，錯角化，強い乳頭状を呈し，核の空胞化，顆粒状の好酸性の封入体が存在，皮膚の尋常性疣贅の組織所見を示していた。

A 71-year-old female visited our clinic with a chief complaint of total urinary retention due to complete obstruction of urethra by necrotic tissue. Cystoscopical examination showed white, fragile tumorous lesions whose surface was thorny like a rabbit hair and partially elevated like a cutaneous horn. Histologically, hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis, papillomatosis and vacuolization of granular cells were shown indicating verruca vulgaris.
