腰部筋肉内注射が原因と考えられた一過性の高血圧を伴つた腎被膜下血腫の1例を報告するとともに，高血圧を伴つた腎被膜下血腫の治療法について文献的に考察し，経過観察における末梢血レニン活性値の有用性について述べた。
A case of a 51-year-old woman with rt. renal subcapsular hematoma caused by paravertebral mus-cular injection is reported. A transient hypertension was found in the course of this case. From the study of plasma renin activity the hypertension was related with activated renin-angiotensin system caused by renal ischemia due to subcapsular hematoma. We discussed the usefulness of PRA in the management of the subcapsular hematoma.
