術後のリンパ嚢腫による一過性水腎症

A CASE OF RIGHT TRANSIENT HYDRONEPHROSIS DUE TO COMPRESSION OF RIGHT URETER BY LYMPHOCYST OCCURRED AFTER RADICAL HYSTERECTOMY

　症例は子宮頸癌根治術が施行された39歳の女性で，術後のIVP所見尿管カテーテルの尿管への挿入が不可能なことから右尿管閉塞による右水腎症を疑われた。CTおよび超音波検査下での経皮的順行性腎盂造影で，リンパ嚢腫の右尿管圧排による水腎症と診断でき，一過性のものと判断し，保存的経過観察により良好な経過をとつた。

A 39-year-old woman, who had received radical hysterectomy, was suspected of postoperative right ureteral obstruction resulting in right hydronephrosis. We were able to diagnose this case as right hydronephrosis due to compression of the right ureter by lymphocyst using CT and percutaneous antegrade pyelography with echography. The patient became improved with conservative treatment.
