非外傷性腎被膜下血腫の2例

TWO CASES OF NONTRAUMATIC RENAL SUBCAPSULAR HEMATOMA

　比較的稀な非外傷性腎被膜下血腫の2例を経験した。2例（57歳男，54歳女）とも側腹痛で来院した，診断にはCTが有用であつた，2例とも長期間鎮痛剤を服用していたが，血液凝固検査では異常を認めなかつた。第1例は，高血圧発作が現われたが血腫除去術後改善した。第2例は，自然に血腫が消褪し症状も改善した。

We present 2 relatively rare cases of renal subcapsular hematoma that developed without any appa-rent cause. Two patients (57-year-old man and 54-year-old woman) presented with flank pain. CT was useful in making the diagnosis of renal subcapsular hematoma. Both patients had taken analgesics for a long time for headache, but examinations for blood coagulability were normal. The first patient developed a severe hypertension which became improved after a surgical evacuation of the hematoma. In the second patient the hematoma disappeared spontaneously with ameliorated symptoms.
