非外傷性腎被膜下血腫の1例

NON-TRAUMATIC SUBCAPSULAR RENAL HEMATOMA: A CASE REPORT

　59歳，女性。腰背部痛を主訴に来院した。画像診断により非外傷性腎被膜下血腫と診断されたが，悪性疾患の合併を否定できず，最終的に針生検による病理診断結果をもって経過観察とした。退院4か月後のCTでは異常所見は消失していた。診断のつきにくい症例には針生検や術中迅速病理検査を行い，可能な限り保存的に治療することが重要と考える。

The patient was a 59-year-old female who visited our hospital with pain. A tentative diagnosis of non-traumatic subcapsular renal hematoma was made by various examinations including ultrasonography, IVP,and CT. To rule out the existence of renal tumor, pathological examination was made by needle biopsy, andthe patient was followed carefully. No abnormalities were observed in CT obtained 4 months after biopsy.We consider that the condition should be treated as conservatively as possible, by needle biopsy or intraoper-ative pathological examination of frozen section if necessary.
