椎間板ヘルニアに対する腰部神経根ブロックが原因と考えられる腎被膜下血腫の1例を報告した。腎CTは診断と経過観察に有用であつた。
We report a rare case of renal subcapsular hematoma caused by a procedure of lumbar nerve root block in a 59-year-old woman. The hematoma was almost absorbed by the next four months. CT scan taken every two months was useful for the diagnosis and follow up of the subcapsular hematoma.
