腎上極の著しい胎児期分葉

MARKED FETAL LOBULATION IN THE UPPER POLE OF THE KIDNEY

　51歳，女性。慢性肝炎精査のための超音波検査の際に右腎に腫瘤性エコー像がみられ，CTと断層DIPで腎上極を左右に分断する深い切れ込みがみられた。胎児期分葉（fetallobulation）と診断し，治療は行わなかつた。このように顕著な胎児期分葉が腎上極のみにみられた症例は稀と思われる。

In a 51-year-old woman with chronic hepatitis ultrasonography revealed a possible mass in the upper pole of the right kidney. CT and tomography combined with DIP disclosed a deep groove splitting the upper pole between the renal pyramids. A diagnosis of fetal lobulation was made and no treatment was given. Such a marked fetal lobulation seen only in the upper pole of the kidney has not been reported.
