体外衝撃波結石破砕術後に消失した単純性腎嚢胞

A Case of Simple Renal Cyst Disappeared after Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy

　61歳，男性。左部分サンゴ状腎結石に対し体外衝撃波結石破砕術を行ったところ，隣接する径27mmの単純性腎嚢胞が消失した。衝撃波は3回の治療で合計12,400発（スパーク放電方式）を発振し，その後約7か月で腎嚢胞が消失し，23か月後には完全排石が確認された。腎嚢胞消失の過程には，嚢胞内出血と感染が関与したと考えられ，嚢胞破裂の可能性も考えられた。重篤な合併症はなかった。

A 61-year-old man with microscopic hematuria had a left renal incomplete staghorn-stone and a simple cyst in the size of 27mm near the stone. He recieved 12,300 shots of shock wave from spark gap lithotripter. The cyst disap-peared 7 months after the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. It was thought that hemorrhage and/or infection in the cyst induced by ESWL was involved with this disap-perance.
