　36歳，2児の父親で，主訴は右陰嚢内容の有痛性腫瘤である。女性化乳房および表在リンパ節の腫大は認めず，腫瘍マーカーおよび内分泌学的検査は正常であった。摘出睾丸は6×6×4cm,80gで，腫瘍は被膜を有して睾丸下極に位置し，不完全分化型，性索／間質腫瘍，pT1N0M0と診断した。後治療は施行せず，術後9ヵ月を経過したが再発および転移なく経過は良好である。本症例は本邦46例目であり，本邦報告例の臨床的考察を加え報告する。

A 36-year-old male was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of painful swelling in the right scrotal content. Gynecomastia and swellings of superficial lymph nodes were not noted. The levels of the tumor markers, LH, FSH, testosterone and estrone were normal. In the right testis, encapsulated tumor in the size of 6 × 6 × 4 cm was noted and the pathological examination verified incompletely differentiated form of the sex/cord stromal tumors. Although no further treatment has been given, the patient is well without evidence of recurrence or metastasis 9 months postoperatively.
